The definitive price must be negotiated depending the complexity of the wanted character or/and clothing. I would send "work in progress" screenshots waiting for any changes and opinions. So I'd need active contact with the client.

The definitive price must be negotiated depending the complexity of the wanted character or/and clothing. I would send "work in progress" screenshots waiting for any changes and opinions. So I'd need active contact with the client.

- Payment is done via Bizum or Ko-fi (which uses PayPal).
- I retain all rights to the produced drawing, the client is not allowed to use the commissioned work for commercial purposes unless an agreement has been established before the start of the commission.
- Nothing made by I (the artist) may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
- The client may receive a total of 2 revisions of the work during the sketch phase, any additional revisions will cost an extra fee. Edits after the work is already completed will cost an extra fee. If I missed anything that the commissioner stated initially ( example: specific details, clothing, stripes, etc) no additional fee will be charged.
- I have the right to upload commissioned pieces to my social media profiles and portfolio as examples, unless requested not to by the commissioner.
- The client/commissioner is not allowed to : Claim the artwork as their own or alter the work without consent.
- I have the right to refuse taking on commission work for any reason.

- Refunds can ONLY be negotiated if the client changes their mind before the start of the sketch phase, or if I feel I will be unable to accept the commission.
